1. Sample is available?
Yes, it is popular send various mosaic samples, our sample is for free, but for new clients need to pay for express freight.

2. How many days for sample ready?
It depends on exact requirements, if our showroom have ready sample, we can pack and send you immediately. If need to customized, it takes within one week to prepare sample. 

3. How to ship sample?
The sample will be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.

A. If you have DHL/UPS/TNT etc Collect Account, please advise your account number so that we can make express cost Collect at your end.

B. If you do not have Collect Account, you can transfer express cost by Western Union. We’ll send out the samples with shipping cost Prepaid. The express charge will be calculated based on your address and weight, which normally from USD30 to USD100.

4. How to control quality?
Our professional QC will inspect and check the quality before packing, and we are responsible for any damage and lost before the goods loading to the container.

5. If the customer can visit factory?
Sure, we warmly welcome you come to our factory and talk face to face about order details and inspect quality.

6. What’s your delivery time?
We arrange production upon receiving your deposit payment.

For the producing lead time, it depends on the quantity. 3-7 days for sample orders, 7-15 days for normal orders, 15-25 days for huge quantity orders.

For Shipment time, it depends on your destination port.

7. How about your payment  terms?
Our payment terms is by T/T, 30% of total amount as deposit, 70% balance by T/T or L/C before shipment.

8. Can you accept OEM and ODM?
Yes. Both are acceptable. we have our own designers.

9. What is your MOQ? 

It depends on the items you need. Usually any order quantity is ok for us, we can send by air or by LCL. So please feel free to tell us the items you need and order quantity accordingly.

10. Are you a trading company or factory?
 We're trading company and factory. We manufacture products at our own factory and we also source from other collaborative factories, which guarantees a competitive price and product variety.
 
11. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
    All our products are insuranced, our after sales will sort our the reasons and will sure you'll be properly compensated.
